Exchange Policy

• Non-Refundable Products: All products are non-refundable. We offer exchanges only. We do not have any return & refund policy.
  
  
• Exchange Policy: Products can be exchanged if you receive the wrong size or defective product.
  
  
• Size Verification: Please ensure the correct fit by referring to the size chart available on each product page. Exchanges will only be granted for defective products; Please check sizes carefully before ordering as exchanges for size issues are not available for free. For size exchange extra ₹100 per product courier charges will be applied.
  
  
• Exchange Conditions: Exchanges can be made only for the same product in a different size. Exchanges for different designs or products are not permitted.
  
  
• Exchange Fee for Discounted Items: Products purchased on sale or with promotional discounts will incur a charge for exchanges.

Defective Product, Wrong Product Or Product Size Issues should be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

Pickup will be Attempt once, If the courier company is unable to pick up the Shipment you will have to send the shipment back to the company address. 

Clearance Sale Products are NON EXCHANGEABLE and NON RETURNABLE.

(Clearance sale products are Old Stock, So their would be some Micro Defects.)

Reverse pick up is subject to availability of the service in your area pin-code.
