Exchange Policy

  • Products can be exchanged only if you receive the wrong size or a defective product.
  • A ₹100 courier charge per product will be applicable for size exchanges.
  • Customers are responsible for any additional shipping charges, if applicable.

Size Verification

  • Please ensure the correct fit by referring to the size chart available on each product page.
  • Exchanges will only be approved for defective or incorrect items. Kindly verify your size before placing an order.

Exchange Conditions

  • Exchanges are allowed only for the same product in a different size.
  • Exchanges for different designs or products are not permitted.
  • Products must be returned in the same condition as they were shipped:
    • Unused
    • Unwashed
    • With original packaging and tags intact

Exchange for Discounted Items

  • Products purchased during sales or promotional offers are not eligible for exchange.

Refund Policy

  • Our Policy: We do not issue direct refunds.
  • Store Credit Issued: If there is any issue with your order, we will gladly issue store credit instead.
  • Easy Redemption: Your store credit will be available to use fully on your next purchase.

Damaged / Wrong / Defective Product

  • Any issue related to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Reverse Pickup Policy

  • Reverse pickup is subject to courier availability in your area (based on PIN code).
  • Pickup will be attempted only once.
  • If the pickup attempt fails, the customer must self-ship the product to the company address.

Clearance Sale Policy

  • Clearance sale products are strictly non-exchangeable and non-returnable.

  • These items are offered at a steep discount as they may include older stock or minor, negligible defects.
